Eviction Option LLC agrees to provide consultation to clients wishing to locate rental properties (Apartments Only), resources, or programs which we consider any rental property and/or program that will approve an applicant with a negative credit history and improve their personal credit, finances, knowledge of their credit rights, credit identity theft, choices and options and more. For any efforts to be effective, you (the client) must be truthful and diligent in giving the correct information to Eviction Option LLC. Eviction Option LLC reserves the right to cancel the agreement with any client it believes to be providing false or fraudulent information to us, its creditors or the credit bureaus. The strategies used to get the client approved may include corporate leasing; negotiating directly with the management company or landlord on behalf of the client which may include offering the property manager or landlord and lease default or damages insurance product; co-signing the lease as assurance; credit protection products that may prevent the management company or landlord from screening any negative items on the clients credit profile, especially for clients who are victims of identity theft; locating second chance management companies or landlords that fits the housing criteria of the client.
Clients also agree to the refund policy of Eviction Option LLC. If you are requesting a refund, you will be refunded in accordance with Eviction Option LLC Refund Policy, which must be done in writing and will discontinue the consulting process.
Please note that the agreed-upon charge is for one or more of the following services: For these services, Apartment Guarantee, Housing Guarantee, No Doc Approval, and Guarantor Service.
You (the client) agree to pay a total amount based on your program
selection. The client acknowledges and understands that other potential costs and fees outside Eviction Option LLC may include the application /admin fee paid directly to the management company or landlord, monthly rent and other bills associated with the rental property, escrow fee charged directly from a third party company for holding funds between the client and the corporate partner, any sort of rental property related insurance fee required by the management company, landlord, or corporate partner to secure the approval, and any security deposits required by the management company or landlord to secure approval are the clients responsibility. Eviction Option LLC is not responsible for any fees required for approval.
The client agrees to a minimum of a 60-day contract (or the client’s listed date of move- in the past 60 days) with Eviction Option LLC to consult and produce positive results regarding their housing relocation needs before requesting a refund.
